When you send a message or project brief

The form saves the details you submit, including your name, email, business, requested service, project goals, budgets, supporting notes and any website estimate options. They are used to understand your request, prepare a quote and reply. Sending a brief does not purchase anything, start a subscription or subscribe you to marketing.

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Reasonable record keeping and protection against misuse are based on legitimate interests. Please only send information you are entitled to share, and do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information.

Storage and tools

The free website checker requests the public homepage you enter, up to two linked pages, a sitemap and its crawler settings. It does not log in, change the website or require your email. Results may be cached for five minutes. We temporarily use request information to limit misuse; hosting providers may retain operational logs. Please do not submit private or sensitive addresses.

Freelance introductions and portfolio or CV links are used to assess potential collaboration and reply. They are not published. Unsuccessful introductions follow the 12-month retention period below, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner.

The website and its enquiry storage use Sites and Cloudflare. Email correspondence uses Google Gmail. Service providers also help us review enquiries and prepare correspondence. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements. Enquiries are not shown publicly.

Submitted messages may be sent to our private Gmail inbox and copied into our desktop enquiry inbox for project follow-up. Access is restricted to the operator; the website connection uses a private credential. These copies follow the same retention arrangements.

This website does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service. External portfolio links lead to websites with their own policies.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. Accepted-project information is kept as needed to deliver the work, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. A minimal suppression record may be kept to honour a request not to receive marketing.

Business outreach

We may contact a relevant incorporated business using contact details published for that business. We identify ourselves and provide a simple way to decline further contact. We do not treat a public email address as permission to email a sole trader or an individual.

Your choices

For relevant business outreach, we may research a business’s public website, contact or team pages and Companies House records. We keep limited professional details: the business, a named contact’s role and published business email, supporting source links and the reason for contact. We use legitimate interests where appropriate to offer relevant business services, and assess suitability before contacting anyone. Public availability alone does not establish permission or suitability.

Supported questions in an existing email conversation may receive an automated answer based on our published service information. Unclear questions, complaints and requests concerning payments or contracts require review. You can ask for a person to respond. We retain minimal contact suppression information to honour objections to marketing.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email us using the address above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Google visibility improvements

The starter improvement package is £49 one-off for up to three existing pages. We review the site and agree the specific work in writing: page titles, headings, descriptions, indexing checks and internal links. New pages, substantial copywriting, complex fixes and ongoing work are quoted separately. No paid work begins before agreement. You do not need a website from us. Rankings, traffic and enquiries are not guaranteed.

Google Ads management

Starter management costs 25% of actual monthly Google Ads spend, with a £25 monthly minimum while the service is active. For example, £100 spent on ads means a £25 management fee; £500 means a £125 fee. Taxes, credits and our fee are excluded from the spend used to calculate our fee. We bill after the month ends. Additional campaigns require a separate agreement. One Search campaign setup and management are included in the agreed scope. Additional campaigns, landing pages and complex tracking are quoted separately. Advertising spend is paid directly to Google, separate from our fee. Budgets, account access, reporting and cancellation are agreed before launch. Submitting a brief does not authorise any spend. Results are not guaranteed.

Software, automation and chatbots

Development, integrations, support and hosting are quoted for the agreed project. Provider charges, including usage fees, messaging and external software subscriptions, are separate and paid by you directly to the provider unless your written quote says otherwise. We agree the providers and expected running costs before connecting services. Sending a brief does not grant account access or activate an automation. The website care plan does not automatically cover software or automation support.

Monthly support terms

Website care is £39/month and includes suitable hosting setup and management, a domain invoice credit up to £20 per year, monthly form and link checks, backups before changes and three content updates. Website updates is £149/month and includes care plus 12 content updates in total. Digital partnership is £599/month, including care and a written plan of monthly deliverables agreed before renewal.

One content update means replacing supplied text, photos or prices on one existing page, or adding one product to an existing shop. Send requests whenever you like; included updates are delivered one at a time with an agreed turnaround. Unused updates do not roll over. Digital partnership deliverables are agreed before renewal. Full rebuilds, new shops and major integrations are quoted separately. Platform fees, payment processing and advertising spend are additional. Emergency support is not included.

We review site suitability and agree scope and payment arrangements before a subscription starts. Cancel before the next monthly renewal. Client accounts remain owned and recoverable by the client. The client pays their registrar directly; while care is active, one standard domain registration or renewal is credited against care invoices up to £20 in each 12-month period, on receipt of proof of purchase. Any excess and paid hosting or other providers require prior agreement and are paid by the client. Credits already applied are not clawed back on cancellation. Support ends at the end of the paid period, but we do not delete the client website or cancel their domain. We supply the current handover pack and remove our access after confirming continuity. Future bills and maintenance become the client’s responsibility. A migration to another platform is a separate quoted service. These published options apply to new agreements; any existing signed terms remain unchanged unless separately agreed.

Every website build includes a photo gallery, standard enquiry form and three free revisions within the agreed scope. A revision is one combined round of feedback on the agreed design before launch. Additional revisions can be quoted or use an active support allowance. No form on this site takes payment or starts a subscription.
