The £159 website is a standard small-business website with the features listed. If yours needs more, like an online shop or a booking system, we tell you and agree any extra cost before we start. Premium web addresses and paid hosting are agreed with you first. With We handle everything, the £39 monthly plan starts a month after you buy; stop it before any monthly payment.
One small change (a content update) means replacing supplied text, photos or prices on one existing page, or adding one product to an existing shop. Send requests whenever you like; we work through the included updates one at a time. Updates do not roll over. A digital partnership includes up to two new pages or features a month; unused ones do not roll over. New shops, full rebuilds and major integrations are quoted separately. Platform, payment-processing and advertising fees are additional. We review your site before accepting a plan.
Cancel before the next monthly renewal. No emergency or round-the-clock support. Accounts stay in your name. You pay your domain provider directly; active care covers one registration or renewal through an invoice credit of up to £20 per year. Paid hosting or external services are agreed separately. If you leave, the site stays in your accounts and you take over future provider bills. Sending a brief does not start a subscription.
The Google package has a fixed scope and price. Ad spend is paid directly to Google. Additional campaigns, landing pages and complex tracking are quoted separately. Search rankings and sales cannot be guaranteed.
