Your questions, answered.

What does a website cost?

New websites and redesigns start from £199. We recommend the layout and agree a fixed price based on the content and features after reviewing the brief. There are no page-count packages. Every website includes mobile-friendly design, a photo gallery, a standard enquiry form, basic search foundations and three rounds of revisions. Optional website care is £39 per month. Custom software and paid provider services need a separately agreed scope and price.

How does the 24-hour first draft work?

A 24-hour first draft is available for a one-page website only after a complete brief, content and assets have been accepted and a delivery slot has been confirmed. The 24 hours start at that agreed time. Revisions, domain setup and launch follow afterwards; this message does not confirm a slot or launch date.

What does the Google improvement package include?

The £49 one-off Google improvement package covers up to three existing pages: titles, headings, search descriptions, internal links and indexing settings that can be changed on the current site. It includes a before-and-after summary and further content recommendations. Broader work needs an agreed scope. Search rankings, traffic, sales and a fixed time to results are not guaranteed.

What is included in website care?

Website care is £39 per month, subject to a review of the site. It includes suitable hosting setup and management, form and key-link checks, backups before changes and three content updates per month. An update replaces supplied text, photos or prices on one existing page, or adds one product to an existing shop. Updates do not roll over. While care is active, one standard domain registration or renewal can receive an invoice credit of up to £20 per 12-month period after the registrar receipt is provided. The client pays the registrar directly. Paid hosting and external services are agreed separately.

Who owns and pays for hosting and the domain?

Your business owns its domain and hosting accounts and invites us to manage the agreed setup. Provider charges are paid by the client and disclosed separately. A suitable simple site may qualify for free hosting; paid hosting, email, databases and other external services depend on the agreed requirements. Initial technical launch is included in the agreed website build. Optional £39 monthly care adds ongoing management and a domain invoice credit of up to £20 per 12-month period while active.

How do revisions work?

Every standard website build includes three rounds of revisions before launch. A round is one combined list of changes to the agreed design. Extra work is priced before it starts. After launch, the £39 website care plan includes three defined content updates per month.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?

You can find the service details at the link below. Sending an enquiry does not make a purchase or start a subscription.

How much does Google Ads management cost?

Google Ads starter management is 25% of actual monthly advertising spend, with a £25 monthly minimum while active. For example, £100 ad spend costs £25 in management, £125 combined. £500 ad spend costs £125 in management, £625 combined. The percentage excludes taxes, credits and our own fee. Google is paid directly from the client’s own Ads account; we bill management after each month. One Search campaign, setup, keyword and advert work, a monthly review and a short report are included. Additional campaigns, landing pages and complex tracking need a separate quote. Budgets, access and cancellation are agreed before launch. Enquiries do not authorise spending. Results are not guaranteed.

These are standard starting options. Your written quote confirms the work, delivery schedule and payment arrangements before you commit.
