Your quote and agreement

Sending a brief or requesting a package does not place an order or start a subscription. Before you commit, we provide the supplier’s full contact details and address, scope, total price and applicable taxes, payment schedule, delivery arrangements and cancellation terms in writing. Work starts only after those details are agreed and any agreed initial payment is received.

Scope and revisions

Each website build includes three combined rounds of feedback on the agreed design before launch. New features, additional pages or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before they begin. Our service information explains the current services. Your written agreement records the deliverables for your project.

Delivery and your content

Delivery depends on the agreed slot and receipt of the required content, assets and access. The 24-hour offer is for an eligible one-page first draft from an agreed start time, not a guaranteed live website. Please provide accurate information and assets you are entitled to use. We confirm content and requested changes with you rather than inventing business claims.

Payments and ongoing care

Payment methods, due dates, any initial payment and any recurring plan must be agreed before an order. An optional care plan has a monthly billing period. Cancel before the next renewal; support continues until the end of the paid period. Provider costs and the handling of any work already started are explained in the quote. Submitting a form does not authorise a charge.

Ownership and handover

The agreed deliverables and source are handed over under the project’s written payment and ownership terms. Your domain and hosting accounts should remain owned and recoverable by you. Third-party software, fonts and assets retain their own licences. Cancelling care does not mean we delete your site or cancel your domain. See our hosting and handover guide.

Consumer rights

Our services are primarily offered to businesses. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights still apply. Before a distance service contract, we explain any applicable 14-day cancellation right and provide cancellation instructions. We seek your express request before starting services during that period, and explain any proportionate payment due if you later cancel. We do not treat a brief submission as that request or as a waiver of your rights.

Questions or complaints

Email the address above with your project reference and the issue. Complaints, cancellations and payment disputes are reviewed by a person. No search position, traffic level, sales result or advertising return is guaranteed.
